Date of death: April 27, 1925
Ernst Gschihay was born in 1862. He was the co-founder of the Cheb printing house „Kobrtsch&Gschihay: and the owner of a bookstore. At the same time, he was a longstanding foreman of the book-printer´s guild and, without a doubt, he deserves a recognition for all the support he gave to different associations.
He has also contributed a lot as a professional shooter and an acknowledged foreman of the men choir as well as a member of the Cheb savings bank committee.
