Power Plant
In 1910, the Cheb town council awarded a permit to A. E. G. Union, a Viennese power company, to build a power plant and to operate a power control room. The construction commenced in summer 1910. As it advanced quite rapidly, the power plant could be commissioned in the summer of the following year.
